Monthly membership provides access to a limited number of detail downloads per month. The downloads are limited to 25 downloads per month, and will be reset after payment is received for the next month\u2019s subscription. We offer a 14 day money back guarantee should you be unhappy with the service in your first 14 days of membership.<\/span><\/p>\nAn annual member will be eligible for a refund if you have downloaded no more than 5 details, and have a valid reason for requesting the refund. To request a refund contact support at <\/span>hello@detail-library.co.uk<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\nDetail packs are counted by the number of details within a pack, therefore, if a detail pack is downloaded you will not be eligible for a refund. The Construction Build Up Template or any other digital product containing multiple details are also counted by the number of individual details within the product and, therefore, if downloaded you will not be eligible for a refund.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nA monthly member will be eligible for a refund if you have downloaded no more than 3 details, and have a valid reason for requesting the refund. Cancellation of Membership<\/b><\/h2>\n
Membership is automatically renewed on an annual or monthly basis depending on the membership subscription chosen. You can cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel before your renewal date, no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid, but you will retain access to the site until the end of your annual payment term.<\/span><\/p>\nFor registered users, if you cancel your subscription, we will retain your registration information should you wish to re-register for our service and access your account information. On request, we can delete your account information and only retain minimal details for legal reasons, including payment transactions for tax purposes.<\/span><\/p>\nTo cancel your membership, sign in to your account and navigate to \u2018Subscriptions\u2019 where you can cancel your current subscription. This will stop the automatic renewal. You will continue to have access to the content until the end of the billing period.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nIt is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the service and do not wish to be billed further. <\/b>We are not able to provide refunds for any subscription renewals.<\/b><\/p>\n
